Welcome to BeyondTeamAI (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, application, products, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using BeyondTeamAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

1. Overview

BeyondTeamAI is an AI-powered organic Growth platform that helps founders grow their business by understanding it, finding opportunities, and creating original content within an approved mandate, publishing it across connected platforms where supported, including TikTok and YouTube.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use BeyondTeamAI. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To use BeyondTeamAI, you may need to create an account or sign in using third-party credentials (e.g., Google, GitHub, or TikTok). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in BeyondTeamAI, including software, branding, content, and data, are owned by or licensed to BeyondTeamAI. You retain ownership of any original content you create using the platform, but grant us a limited license to process and display that content as part of the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content

BeyondTeamAI may use AI models to generate content suggestions or automated drafts. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy and legality of AI-generated outputs before publication.

7. Third-Party Integrations

BeyondTeamAI integrates with third-party APIs (e.g., TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube). Your use of these integrations is subject to each platform's terms and policies. Where you authorize it, you may also connect BeyondTeamAI to external AI services, such as ChatGPT or Claude, through BeyondTeamAI's MCP interface; those connectors access your account only through authenticated, scoped, read-only MCP tools and are subject to each provider's terms and policies. We do not guarantee availability or uptime of third-party APIs.

8. Payments and Plans

Certain features of BeyondTeamAI are offered under paid plans. By subscribing, you authorize us (or our payment processor, Whop, and any other payment processors we use) to charge your chosen payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to renewal. No refunds for partial billing periods.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a manner that may cause legal or reputational harm.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeyondTeamAI and its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on our website. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
