BeyondTeamAI integrates with third-party APIs (e.g., TikTok, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube). Your use of these integrations is subject to each platform’s terms and policies. We do not guarantee availability or uptime of third-party APIs.

8. Payments and Plans

Certain features of BeyondTeamAI are offered under paid plans. By subscribing, you authorize us (or our payment processor, such as Paystack or Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to renewal. No refunds for partial billing periods.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a manner that may cause legal or reputational harm.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
